Virus spread from computers to compputers by targeting the main epidemic source of the Pen Drive 's Auto run in mainly XP and later windows based systems. Antivirus help but there are numerous viruses created and spread worldwide before your Antivirus Company can even prepare an update. So the Circumstances tell us that disabling the auto run feature is always the better option and Here the steps:
1. Start > Run> gpedit.msc and click OK
2. Look Right then go to Computer Configuration> Administration> Administrative Templates> System
3. Scroll Down and double click on 'Turn off Autoplay"
4. Enable It and select "Turn off Auto play on : and the auto run will be disabled.
But you are not secure yet, don't double click or select one of the Right Click menu options in the pen drive's icon, they are hacked and may activate the virus. Instead, after opening 'my computer' click on the folders on the bar at the top and click on the drive that appears on the left hand side.
